Roles
Where we process personal data on your instructions, you are the controller and we are the processor. For your own account and billing data, we are the controller.
Our obligations
We process on documented instructions, keep the data confidential, apply appropriate technical and organisational security, help you answer data subject requests, and notify you of a breach affecting your data without undue delay.
Sub-processors
The data centre operators that host your servers are sub-processors, as are our payment and email providers. They are engaged under equivalent obligations and we will give you the current list on request.
Getting it signed
This page is a summary. Email info@krptechsolutions.com to execute the full DPA, and tell us the locations you intend to use so the annex is right first time.
