Refund Policy
Our approach to cancellations and refunds, including the parts you will not like.
There is no blanket money-back window
We would rather say that on the page than let you find it after you have paid. Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and the service will not renew. It keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for.
Hourly services
Burstable servers are metered by the hour. Hours already consumed are not refundable, which is the trade for having no commitment in the first place — power the machine down and the meter stops.
Dedicated and bare metal
Physical hardware is taken out of stock and allocated to you. Once it has been racked and handed over it is not refundable, though we will always talk about a resize.
Work not started
Where you have paid for something we have not started — a migration, a build that has not been racked — we will consider a pro-rata refund. Ask.
