Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not run on our infrastructure, and what happens if you do.
The short version
Do not use our servers to harm other people or other networks. Everything below is that principle written out, so that neither of us has to guess where the line is.
Prohibited activity
Attacking or scanning networks you do not own; sending unsolicited bulk email; distributing malware, phishing pages or credential-harvesting kits; hosting child sexual abuse material; infringing copyright at scale; operating open relays, open resolvers or open proxies that can be used for amplification; and anything unlawful where you or we are located.
Resource use
Every plan includes 5 TB of monthly traffic and the resources in its specification. Sustained use far beyond what you bought — particularly disk and network on shared plans — may be rate-limited, and we will talk to you about moving to a plan that fits rather than quietly degrading the service.
Outbound abuse
Compromised servers attack other people. If yours starts doing so we will act quickly, and depending on severity that may mean blocking a port, suspending network access or suspending the service. We will tell you what we did and why, and help you get back to a clean machine.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse originating from our network to info@krptechsolutions.com with logs and timestamps in UTC. We investigate every report from a real person.
Consequences
First response is usually a warning and a deadline. Serious or repeated breaches end in suspension or termination without refund of the current period. We do not terminate an account over a first honest mistake.
Nearby Servers is operated by KRP Tech Solutions OPC Private Limited. If anything here is unclear, or you need a term negotiated rather than accepted, email info@krptechsolutions.com before you order.
